Questions families ask
Who can see my information?
Only the people you choose. You set access for each document, photo and profile, and you can change it anytime.
What happens when I add someone?
If you add their phone or email, they get a short note: "Marion has added you as a friend on ToMyFamily.com." They can accept, decline or stop invites.
Do you sell my data or show ads?
No. Insurance or partner offers appear only if you turn them on, and they never see your documents.
What if I stop paying for Family Plus?
Your tree and documents stay on the free plan, and you can export everything at any time.
